中西医结合分期分时段分型辨证治疗脑梗死

Application of integrative medicine in staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨中西医结合分期分时段分型辨证治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2012年6月．2013年9月在我院就诊的脑梗死患者85例，随机分为研究组43例及对照组42例，两组均使用中西医结合治疗，研究组在此基础上采用分期分时段分型辨证治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的中医病类诊断计分、神经功能缺损评分进行比较。结果研究组总有效率为93．03％，明显高于对照组的78．57％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗前比较两组患者的神经功能缺损评分及中医病类诊断评分，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗后两项评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合分期分时段分型辨证治疗脑梗死临床疗效显著，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in the staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-five patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the study group with 43 patients and the control group with 42 patients. Both groups received integrative medicine treatment, on the basis of which the study group also received staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical treatment. The clinical efficacy and the pre-treatment and post-treatment Chinese medicine disease type diagnostic scores and neurologic impairment scores of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.03%, which was significantly higher than the 78.57% of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; Before the treatment, the two groups of patients were not significantly different in the neurologic impairment score and Chinese medicine disease type diagnostic score （P 〉 0.05）; After the treatment, the study group was significantly lower than the control group in the scores of the two items （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of cerebral infarction, staging, time-phasing and typing dialectical Chinese medicine treatment shows remarkable efficacy and thus is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
