单发和多发子宫肌瘤应用子宫动脉栓塞治疗的远期效果观察

Observation on long-term effect of uterine artery embolization treating single and multiple myomata of uterus

目的探讨单发、多发子宫肌瘤应用子宫动脉栓塞术（UAE）进行治疗的远期效果。方法选择2012年2月一2013年6月在我院接受治疗的48例子宫肌瘤患者，根据肌瘤数将患者分为单发组、多发组各28、20例行栓塞治疗，并对远期疗效进行比较分析。结果所有患者术后均为出现严重性不良反应和并发症；术后对患者进行2—3年随访，随访复查结果表明，接受UAE治疗后，单发、多发肌瘤患者子宫、肌瘤体积均有明显缩小，与术前比较存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）；组间病症改善情况比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论应用UAE对单发、多发子宫肌瘤进行治疗，远期效果良好。

Objective To analyze and observe the long-term effect of uterine artery embolization treating single and multiple myomata of uterus. Methods 48 cases with myomata of uterus treated in our hospital from February 2012 to June 2013 were selected and divided into two groups according to the number of myomas, the single group for 28 cases and the multiple group for 20 cases.And two groups received embolization treatment.And the long-term efficacy of two groups was compared and analyzed. Results All patients had no severe adverse reactions and complications after operation.And the patients were followed up for 1, 3,6 and 12 months.The follow-up results indicated that after UAE treatment,the volume of myomata of uterus for the single and multiple patients reduced evidently, which had evident difference from that before operation（P 〈 0.05）. And there was no evident difference for improvement between groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Applying UAE to treat single and multiple myomata of uterus has good long-term effect.
