Comparison of Curative Effect on Proximal Humeral Fractures Treated with Philos Plate and Small Splint

目的:探讨分别采用Philos(Proximal humerral internal locking system,肱骨近端锁定系统)钢板和小夹板治疗肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法:38例肱骨近端骨折患者分别进行Philos钢板和小夹板治疗。结果:采用肩关节功能ConstantMurley Score评分,Philos钢板组20例中优5例,良10例,可3例,差2例,优良率为75%;小夹板组18例中优1例、良6例、可7例、差4例,优良率为38.9%。结论:Philos钢板对肱骨近端骨折的疗效更显著。

Object：To discuss the curative effects of Philos （Proximal humerral internal locking system） plate fixation and small splint fixation in treating those patients who suffered proximal humerus fractures. Methods：All 38 proximal humerus fractures cases randomly divided into the Philos plate fixation group and the small splint fixation group, 20 for the first one and 18 for the second one. Results： We grade them as excellent, good, credit and poor, which symbolize as A, B, C and D. The results of the Philos plate fixation group were as follows： A5, B10, C3, D2, there was 75 % of them reach good functional recovery. In another group, we got the following figures： A1, B6, C7, D4, indicating that the good rate was only 38. 9%. Conclusion： Based on the proven figures, Philos plate fixation performed better than small splint fixation in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures.
