头颈开窗复合植骨术配合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Opening Bone Grafting in Head and Neck Combined with Xianling Gubao Capsule in Treating Nontraumatic Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head

目的：探讨头颈开窗复合植骨术结合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的疗效。方法：对108例（120髋）非创伤性股骨头坏死单纯采用头颈开窗复合植骨术和术后配合口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗，随访18～32个月，从髋关节功能Harris评分及其优良率两方面对疗效进行评价。结果：治疗组Harris总分、疼痛程度、关节畸形、关节活动范围分值高于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），功能分值之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组患者优良率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（Х^2=4．91，P〈0．05）。结论：头颈开窗复合植骨术结合仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗早期非创伤性股骨头坏死疗效满意，能促进坏死修复。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of opening bone grafting in head and neck combined with Xianling Gubao capsule in treatment of the nontraumatic osteonecrosis of the femoral head （NONFH）. Methods： All 108 patients with （120 hip-joint） NONFH were randomly divided into treatment group （treated with opening bone grafting in head and neck com- bined with Xianling Gubao capsule） and control group （treated with opening bone grafting in head and neck）. All cases were followed up for 18 to 32 months. The curative effects were evaluated according to Harris scoring system as well as the radiography grading system of ARCO. Results：The Harris scores, pain, joint deformities, joint activities scores of treat- ment group higher than those of control group （P〈0.01）, the difference of functional scores between two groups was not statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; the excellent rate of patients was higher than those of control group （X^2 =4.91, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Opening bone grafting in head and neck combined with Xianling Gubao capsule has good curative effects in the treatment of NONFH. It can promote the restoration and prevent the development of NONFH.
