Notch1及其配体DLL4在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 子痫前期是妊娠期特有的严重并发症,在初产妇中占7%,表现为全身程度不同的因血管内皮受损的一系列临床症状,甚至引起胎儿生长受限.子痫前期患者滋养层细胞的侵袭通常较表浅,子宫螺旋小动脉重塑障碍,导致胎盘灌注减少.研究发现,Notch信号通路可与其他细胞因子一起调节细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡等[3];该通路具有4种Notch受体(Notch1、Notch2、Notch3、Notch4)和5种Notch配体(DLL1、DLL3、DLL4、JAG1、JAG2),此信号通路主要依靠相邻细胞间的相互作用而激活.DLL4被认为是5种配体中惟一具有内皮特异性的配体.对Notch信号通路的研究发现,滋养层细胞及胚胎干细胞中均有Notch基因的表达,在胎盘血管形成及胚胎发育过程中起关键作用.鉴于胎盘本身的组织结构较为复杂,有关Notch信号通路在子痫前期胎盘中的研究不多,并且学者们提出的观点也不一致.本研究主要探讨该通路中Notch1受体及DLL4配体在子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达情况,为子痫前期的早期干预、改善预后提供分子生物学依据,为临床治疗提供新的靶点.
