随着微创医学和内镜技术的不断发展,医院内镜逆行胆胰管造影(ERCP)在胆胰疾病诊断和治疗中体现出巨大作用。对于在ERCP操作过程进行麻醉的方法主要分为四个等级:最低限度镇静、中度镇静(CS)、深度镇静(感觉缺失镇静)、全身麻醉(GA)[1]。本文就ERCP术中感觉缺失麻醉和全身麻醉(GA)方法做一对比综述。

With the continuous development of minimally invasive medicine Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography of hospital had played a and endoscopic techniques, significant role. For ERCP anesthesia during the operation method, it is mainly divided into four grades, such as minimal sedation, moderate sedation, deep sedation, general anesthesia（GA）. Anesthesia anesthesia and general anesthesia in ERCP surgery were done a review in the paper.
