中晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗联合治疗的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Advanced Nasopharyngeal in Concurrent Chemotherapy Combination Therapy

目的探讨中晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗联合治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院及四川省肿瘤医院2005年2月～2010年2月收治中晚期鼻咽癌患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组患者给予单纯放疗治疗,治疗组患者同期给予放化疗治疗,观察两组患者的症状改善情况,统计两组患者实际临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者1、3及5年生存率和控制率均明显优于对照组。结论中晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗联合治疗临床效果显著,能够提高局部控制率和生存率,远处转移率得到了降低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of advanced nasopharyngeal in concurrent chemotherapy combination therapy. Methods 100 cases of patients with advanced nasopharyngeal in our hospital from February 2005 to February 2010, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group were only given radiotherapy treatment, treatment group patients were given chemotherapy treatment at the same time. Improvement of symptoms were observed.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups patients was counted. Results Survival rate of 1, 3 and 5years and control rate in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Clinical effect of advanced nasopharyngeal in concurrent chemotherapy combination therapy was significant. Advanced nasopharyngeal in concurrent chemotherapy combination therapy can improve the local control rate and survival rate and reduce distant metastasis rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
