β-受体阻滞剂从上世纪60年代早期开始应用至今,在冠心病、高血压、心力衰竭及心律失常等心血管疾病治疗中有重要作用,是最广泛应用的心血管药物之一,随着循证医学的发展,也为β-受体阻滞剂的应用提供了科学依据,目前已广泛应用于心血管疾病的防治。

β-blockers have been used from early 1960s and are one kind of most important cardiovascular drugs in the pharmacopoeia,which play important roles in the treatment of cardiovascular disease such as cononary heart disease,hypertension,heart failure,arrhythmias,and so on.The development of evidence-based medicine has provided scientific basis for the application ofβ-blockers,and β-blockers have been widely used in the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease.
