蛛网膜下腔出血后最严重的并发症之一是脑血管痉挛(CVS),脑血管痉挛是导致患者高死亡率的主要病因之一。本文就各种神经影像学检查对CVS的诊断研究进展作一综述。

Cerebral vasospasm（CVS）is one of the most serious complications after subarachnoid hemorrhage,it is the cause of high mortality rates.In this paper,a variety of neuroimaging on the diagnosis of CVS are reviewed.
