摘要
本文对某 30 0 MW蓄能机组压力脉动进行了测试研究。就测点布置、测试系统基本参数确定、测点信号特性及其作用域进行了分析研究。测试结果表明 :导叶前后压力脉动总是显著存在 ,其特征频率为叶片倍数转频 ;水轮机工况 ,负荷为 2 0 0 MW时发生严重尾水管涡带振动 ,频率为 2 .1 Hz,此时在机组各个振动信号中都有该频率成分存在。其测试结果与分析结论对于机组疲劳设计、设备维护和测试系统开发有重要意义。
This paper presents the test research on the pressure pulse of a 300MW water pumped storage unit,including the layout of the measuring points,the determination of basic parameters of the system measured,the measuring point signature and their effect scopes.The test results show that the pressure pulse always apparently exists around the guide blade and its frequency is multiple rotation frequency of the blade.And also, it shows that,in hydraulic turbine condition,there occurs the serious vortex strip vibration of draft tube with the frequency of 2.1 Hz,meanwhile,this frequency component exists in all the vibration signals of the unit.The test results and the analysis conclusion have important value for the development of the fatigue design of units,the equipment maintenance,and the measuring system.
