免疫组化技术在肿瘤病理诊断中的应用

在对肿瘤进行外科病理检查的过程中,其检查方式一般为"多取材、细观察",一般情况下,利用HE染色切片就可以对肿瘤的具体情况作出明确的判断。不过对于组织结构以及细胞形态与正常组织十分相似的肿瘤,其诊断的过程较为复杂。因此,在对此类肿瘤进行诊断的过程中,仅靠HE染色切片很难作出准确的判断,必须借助于其它的一些方法来对其进行辅助检查,例如电镜观察法、免疫组织化学法、组织化学法等。本研究将对肿瘤病理诊断过程中免疫组化技术的应用情况展开分析探讨。

In the pathological examination of the tumor during surgery, the inspection is generally ＂multi-drawn, fine observation.＂Under normal circumstances, you can take advantage of HE stain- ing of tumor specific situation to make a clear judgment. But for the organizational structure, and cell morphology is very similar to the normal tissue of the tumor. The diagnostic process is more complicated. Therefore, the diagnosis of these tumors in the right course, HE staining alone is dif- ficult to be made accurate judgments, it must be resorted to some other method, such as electron microscopy method, immunohistochemistry and tissue chemical method. The application of immuno- histochemical techniques in pathological diagnosis was discussed in this study.
