小浪底水电站台车式启闭机电气设计及特点

摘要 小浪底水电站尾水闸室安装了目前国内水电站中起升力最大的 2 × 2500 kN台车式启闭机,承担尾水检修闸门的启闭任务。其电气设计分为电源、运行机构、照明、电缆布置等几部分。在设计中采用简化的接线方式,手动、自动两种操作形式,既满足运行要求又提高了可靠性。根据现场空间狭小的特点选用小型设备,应用先进的指示装置使运行更加准确,减轻了操作人员的劳动强度,在实际运行中取得较好的效果。 The platform headstock gear of 2× 2500 kN lift capacity, which is the most powerful one in China at the moment, has been installed at the tail gate room of Xiaolangdi hydro-power station to fulfill the tasks for maintenance and repair of the tail gate. The design can be divided into several parts including power source, operation mechanism, lighting and electric cable distribution. Simplified line connection method, manual and automatic operation models were applied in the design, which not only met the operation requirement but also increased the reliabilities. Small size equipment was used according to the small space of installation area, advanced indication apparatus application made the operation accurate, labor intensity was lightened for the workers, and good results were achieved in actual operation.
