来曲唑对143例不孕症排卵障碍患者的促排卵疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 286例孕症排卵障碍患者分为观察组和对照组各143例。观察组采用来曲唑治疗,对照组采用氯米芬治疗。结果两组患者产生优势卵泡例数比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组获得了更高受孕率,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。来曲唑对不孕症排卵障碍患者具较好促排卵效果,且更有利于提高患者的最终成功受孕率。
