髓芯减压联合rhBMP-2复合人工骨移植修复兔股骨头坏死模型的实验研究

摘要 取健康新西兰白兔30只,分为A组:右侧股骨头内钻孔髓芯减压后填充rhBMP-2/β-TCP复合人工骨;B组:左侧股骨头内钻孔髓芯减压后填充β-TCP;C组:单纯激素性股骨头坏死模型;D组:正常对照组。A组术后股骨头X线下骨密度高于B组;A组术后骨小梁占修复面积的比例高于B组;A组术后兔股骨头CGRP阳性细胞数多于B组,两组间差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。利用rhBMP-2/β-TCP复合人工骨移植治疗兔SANFH,能有效提高股骨头坏死病理条件下骨修复能力,并能增加CGRP的表达,提示CGRP免疫阳性神经纤维参与的股骨头缺血坏死后修复过程。
