不同剂量右美托咪定用于腰硬联合麻醉下肢手术的术中镇静被引量：6

摘要对2011年2月-2012年2月我院收治的90例行腰硬联合麻醉下肢手术患者给予不同剂量右美托咪定的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果术中右美托咪定与芬太尼＋咪唑安定的镇静效果相似，但多剂量右美托咪定相较于少剂量可延长镇静时间。右美托咪定对循环无显著影响，可有效保持血流动力学稳定性。右美托咪定具有抗交感、镇静和镇痛的作用，可恢复早期血流动力学应答，小剂量应用副作用较小，值得在腰硬联合麻醉下肢手术中应用。
