摘要
采取人工模拟水淹环境对菖蒲、茭白、泽泻、千屈菜4种湿地植物进行涝害胁迫试验,研究植物在胁迫过程中叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)生理生化指标的变化,根据试验数据综合比较分析了4种植物的耐涝性,结果表明:4种植物耐涝性能力排序为菖蒲>泽泻>茭白>千屈菜。
Experiments were conducted on waterlogging stress to four wetland plants,Acorus calamu,Zizania latifolia,Alismaplantago-aquatica and Lythrum salicaria.Determinations were implemented on their physiological and biochemical change,including chlorophyll content,membrane permeability,malondialdehyde(MDA),free proline(Pro),superoxide dismutaso(SOD) and peroxidase(POD),Integrated analysis on experimental data showed that the order of waterlogging resistance was:Acorus calamu> Alismaplantago-atuatica> Zizania latifolia> Lythrum salicaria.
