摘要
采用HS/SPME-GC/MS分析了马尾松虫害植株与健康株主干树皮挥发性物质的成分及其含量,对虫害和健康马尾松主干树皮挥发性物质的变化规律进行对比研究。结果表明:虫害马尾松主干树皮挥发物的主要成分是萜烯类化合物,分别是α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、α-水芹烯、β-月桂烯、D-柠檬烯、石竹烯等,其次是十一烷和十二烷;与对照相比,虫害马尾松植株主干树皮挥发性物质的种类和含量明显低于对照,证明马尾松受到虫害后,体内的防御系统被破坏,马尾松树体抗性明显下降;同时虫害附近的健康株主干树皮挥发性物质的种类和含量明显高于对照,证明马尾松受到虫害后,可以诱导邻近马尾松树体启动了体内的防御系统,从而使其产生抗性。
The composition and content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from damaged Pinus massioniana trunk and that from neighboring healthy one and the control was analyzed by HS/SPME/G-C/MS.The results showed that major composition of VOCs from damaged tree was terpenes.Types and content of VOCs from damaged trees were evidently lower than that from the control.While types and content of VOCs from neighboring healthy trees were significantly higher than that from the control.
