摘要
药用菊花足我国传统中药材和保健茶饮之一,微量元素对药用菊花的品质影响很大。本研究采用砂培盆栽试验的方法,通过研究施Zn对药用菊花产量、花中主要有效成分含量和花中微量元素含量以及花中苯丙氨酸解氛酶(PAL)活性的影响,以探讨微量元素Zn对药菊内在品质的影响及其机理,从而确定Zn在药菊生产上的适宜施用量,为药菊规范化栽培(GAP)的科学施肥提供理论依据。施Zn肥试验结果表明,适量施Zn(1.0mg,kg)能显著提高药用菊花花的产量,显著提高药菊花中总黄酮、绿原酸和黄酮类成分料皮素、木犀草素的含量,改善药菊品质;药菊根中Zn含量随施Zn量的增加逐渐增大,茎叶中Zn含量随施Zn量的增加先增大后略有减少,而花中Zn含量则随施Zn量的增加无明最变化,药菊根中Zn含量略高于茎叶和花中Zn含量。
Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat, as one of traditional Chinese herbal medicine and tea, microelements could affect quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. significantly. Those experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of zinc on biomass, the content of microelement and main active components of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. under condition of sand culture in gradually. This paper was in order to research themechanism of microelements on the contents of main active components of medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium. And the suitable applications of microelements for medicinal Chrysanthemum morifolium were determined The results could be applied in scientific fertilization services on Chrysanthemum standardized cultivation. The experiment of applying single zinc fertilizer results showed that it promoted flower yields of medicinal Chrysanthemum modfolium increasing with proper fertilization of zinc (1.0 mg/kg). And it increased the contents of total flavonoids, chlorogenic acids and the flavone ngredients (cyanidenon and versulin) and improved quality also. The contents of zinc in roots ncreased with the increase of zinc concentration.
