摘要
本文总结分析了目前比较重要的典型ODR模式,AAA的制造商—供应商争端ODR解决程序、联合国国际贸易法委员会针对跨界小额B2B、B2C在线ODR程序和ODR服务,并且研究了在线调解模式,在此基础上探讨了ODR相关的重要问题：仲裁地点和ODR裁决的执行等。
This essay analyzed the major typical ODR models of the time, including the M-S Protocol of AAA and the ODR services of UNCITRAL for B2B and B2C disputes of small amount, and made a research of the online mediation models, followed with a discussion on the significant issues in relation to ODR： the seat of arbitration and the enforcement of ODR arbitral awards.
