南水北调来水后北京的水资源优化配置 被引量:2

摘要 南水北调工程是缓解北京市水紧张局面的根本措施。该工程完成后,水量调蓄运行是水管理工作的关键问题, 应及早筹划落实。利用西郊永定河滞洪水库及周边建设水源并以调节来水,形成以密云水库水源和南水北调 来水为主的供水系统,两个水源系统联合调节运行,是南水北调来水后调节运行的理想方案。 The South-to-North Water Transfer Project is a fundamental measure to release water stress in Beijing. After the completion of the Project, regulating, storing and operating the water volume will be a key issues in water management and should be studied earlier. The Yongding River Flood Retarding Reservoir and its surrounding area are designed and will be constructed into another water source to regulate water supplied. Then a water supply system composed of two water sources, namely one with the Miyun Reservoir as water sources and another with water supplied by South -to -North Water Transfer Project, will come into being. The conjunctive regulation and operation of two water sources system will be an ideal option for water management and operation after the completion of the Project.
