How the U.S.Dollar Brings “Trouble” to The World Economy

在美国的货币史中，自从美元面世尤其是担当国际储备货币以来，就经常给世界经济制造“麻烦”：在布雷顿森林体系之前，拥有世界黄金总量更大份额的美国，不但不严格遵守金本位制规则，反而利用美元对国际贸易体系和世界货币体系施加不良影响；在布雷顿森林体系中的美元，不仅没有真正承担起国际价值标准的义务，而且经常将美国的债务危机转嫁给贸易国；布雷顿森林体系后的美元完全脱离了黄金的约束，致使美元在世界范围肆意泛滥，造成世界性的通货膨胀，以及国际贸易体系和世界货币体系的不稳定。

In the currency history of the United States, since the dollar was born, especially taking on international reserve currency, it has been always bringing ＂trouble＂ to the world economy： Before the Bretton Woods system, the United States with a greater share of the world gold amount didnt abide by the gold standard system rules strictly; instead, it utilized the dollar to exert adverse influ- ence on international trading system and the world monetary system. The dollar under the arrangement of the Bretton Woods system did not really assume the obligation of international value standard, but often imputed debt crisis onto the traders. After the Bretton Woods system, the dollar is completely out of gold constraints, which results in the dollar~ spreading on the world scope willfully, and cause worldwide inflation and the unstability of international trading system and the world monetary system.
