摘要
夹缝中生存的卖淫女一直承受着双重的危险：易被害性与易违法性。卖淫行为具有不可避免性,应正视现状,超越争议,探索多维管理的路径。同时,应理性执法,在法治框架下体现人本关怀。
Female prostitutes have undergone double jeopardies： easy victim and illegality. The act of prostitution is inevitable,we should face up to the current situation,transcend dispute,and explore a path of multi-dimensional management. Meanwhile,the law should be enforced rationally and humanistic care should be embodied in the framework of rule of law.
