The Truth of RMB Appreciation Pressure： from the Perspective of Powers＇ External Pressure

从中国近期的经济表现可以看出，人民币面临的压力主要来自于美国、欧盟、日本等各大经济体的外部施压，这些经济体都出于自身经济利益或政治意图施压人民币升值，但由于各国经济实力和诉求的不同，施压人民币的目的和策略也存在区别。因此，我国必须认清人民币升值压力的真正来源，坚持“自主性”推进人民币汇率形成机制的改革路径。

From the recent economic performance of China,it can be seen that the pressure RMB faces is mainly from the external pressure of large economies, such as the United States, the European Union, and Japan. These powers put pressure on RMB appreciation for their own economic interests or political intentions. However, the purpose and strategies to put pressure on RMB are different because the strength of national economies and the demands are different. Therefore, China must recognize the truth of the appreciation pressure,and adhere to promote the reform of the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism autonomously.
