Practice and Understanding of Construction Supervision for Small Hydropower Projects

小水电的建设 ,对促进地方工业和乡镇企业的发展和保护生态平衡 ,有着十分重要的作用。根据小水电工程的特点 ,结合肇庆市四宗小型水电站监理实践 ,摸索出一套较为适合当地实际情况和施工水平的监理实施模式 ,顺利地对受监工程建设项目实施全面全过程的综合监理 。

Construction of small hydropower projects has significantly important effects on promoting development of local industry and village township enterprises and on protection of ecological equilibrium. According to characteristics of small hydropower projects and combining with the supervision practice of the four small hydropower stations in Zhaoqing City, a set of supervision implementing modes, which is more suitable for the local actual situation and construction level, is found out. Then the comprehensive supervisions for the engineering construction projects′ whole construction process are carried out. Finally, the general aim of the contracts are implemented. [
