早在20世纪30年代,刘少奇就把"领导群众的艺术"作为正确处理党群关系的重要方法。他不仅阐释了"领导群众的艺术"的内涵,而且分析说明了为什么要掌握"领导群众的艺术",以及如何贯彻"领导群众的艺术"。这些思想为在革命时期做好群众工作、赢得群众支持起到重要作用,也对今天我们党及其党员干部掌握和提高领导人民群众的艺术,密切党群联系有着十分重要的现实意义。

As early as the 1930s,Liu Shaoqi had taken “the arts of leading the masses”as an important method of handling the relationship between the party and the masses correctly.He not only explained the connotation of“the arts of leading the masses”,but also illustrated why we should master it and how to carry out it.These thoughts played an important role in making good of the work of the masses and wining the support of the masses in the revolutionary period.It also has realistic meaning for the party and its members to master and improve the arts of leading the masses,together with closing the relationship between the party and the masses today.
