医院感染管理持续性质量改进对透析导管相关性感染的影响 被引量：19

摘要 目的评估医院感染管理持续性质量改进对长期留置(>6个月)透析导管相关性感染(HCRI)的影响。方法调查某院2009年1月至2011年12月长期留置HCRI的发生率和相关感染管理的不足。通过医院感染管理持续性质量改进后,再次评估2012年1月至2014年1月HCRI的发生情况。结果 2009年1月至2011年12月,某院在针对HCRI的控制过程中存在一定的不足,主要表现为:透析科医护人员的感染预防和技术规范教育和培训不足;感染预防制度执行的依从性差;手卫生不达标;无菌操作技术不规范等。通过医院感染管理持续性质量改进,结合采用最新的、具有循证医学证据的感染预防措施,HCRI的发生率明显下降(6.3 vs 2.1次/1 000导管日,P=0.02)。结论医院感染管理持续性质量改进可以明显降低HCRI的发生。
