This paper analyzes the limitations of the existing urban water supply and drainage management platform technology, this paper describes the characteristics of the Flex technology, proposes the realization of urban water supply and drainage management plateform based on Flex technology, and by using the Flex unique technology to realize the 3D display of the drainage pipeline, as well as the key point of real-time monitoring, and other functions. It makes the city water supply and drainage management platform more reliable, vivid, system run more smoothly and quickly.
