摘要
现有的恒压供水系统均采用有线通信方式实现信息传输,该方式虽然控制灵活且能实现无人值守,但是对于大地域远程项目,存在布线工程成本问题。本文通过引入GPRS技术使远程水源之间互相协调,形成互补控制和协调运行,有效解决了压力稳定精度差和可靠性低的问题;该系统选用性能稳定、处理能力强的PLC为主从站控制器,在MCGS组态软件中封装了系统功能;本文详细论述了系统的构成、控制方案设计与系统方案的实施。现场应用该系统表明,系统压力的稳定精度可达到0.2级,同时集信息采集、控制、管理为一体,具有一定的推广价值。
The available water supply system with constant pressure adopts wire communication to realize information transmission. It can control flexibly and unattended, but the cost of cable is high for far distance. This paper introduces GPRS Technology to coordinate far distance water source, formmutual compensation and coordinate operation, it solves the problems of poor pressure stable precision and low reliablity. This system adopts PLC with stable performance and strong capability as master and slave controller. It seals system function in MCGS configuration software. This paper expounds the construction of system, the design of control scheme and the enforce of system scheme indetail. The application in scene of the system demonstrates that the stable precision of system pressure may reach to 0.2 class, gathers information collection, control, management as a whole. It has certain extended value.
