摘要
针对目前市场上微量注射泵的不足之处,在分析国内外各种类型微量注射泵研究现状的基础上,提出了一套注射泵控制系统的硬件和软件实施方案。系统采用步进电机作为推进装置,通过软件改变驱动器的细分数提高了注射精度和注射流量范围。实验证明:微量注射泵在应用中经济简便、性能稳定、操作精准,能满足较大范围的注射流量要求,适用于流体简便准确的传输。
Aimed at the deficiencies of micro-injection pump, on the basis of analyzing research actuality of micro-injection pump at home and abroad, this paper introduces a set of hardware and software solutions Of the injection pump control system. The system uses step motor as propulsion device, this method through the software to change fine fraction of the drive, so it can increase the precision and the flow range of the injection. Practice proves that in the application, the instrument is economical and simple, performance stable and operate accurately, satisfies the requirements of large flow range. It can be applied to transfer the precision fluid.
