摘要
目的分析Kielland钳在持续性枕横位或枕后位中的应用效果。方法选择符合产钳适应症的头位难产100例分成实验组和对照组各50例。对照组使用普通产钳助产,实验组使用Kielland钳助产。对比两组助产成功率以及母婴并发症。结果实验组助产成功率高于对照组(p<0.05);实验组子宫颈裂伤、阴道壁血肿的发生率低于对照组(p<0.05);实验组新生儿头皮血肿、面部皮肤损伤、窒息的发生率低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论在持续性枕横位或枕后位难产中使用Kielland钳能有效地提高产钳助产成功率,并减少母婴并发症。
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of kielland clamp persistent occiput transverse or posterior position of. Methods comply with forceps indications Head difficult 100 cases divided into experimental group and control group 50 cases. Conclusion After persistent occiput transverse or posterior position dystocia used kielland pliers can effectively improve the success rate of forceps delivery, and reduce maternal complications.
