摘要
通过分析个性化信息服务的现状,结合信息心理学、认知心理、需求心理、防范心理和社会心理学相关理论,探讨图书馆员如何为医务人员提供更有效的的信息服务,提出个性化信息服务的新要求。
Nowdays personalized information service is becoming the mainstram of information service model. How librarians provide to medical staff for more effective information service is the focus of current research. Through the analysis of the status of personalized information service, Combining information psychology, cognitive psychology, psychological needs, guard psychology and social psychology theory, put forward the new requirements of personalized information service.
