摘要
湖南旅游业发展中存在的矛盾主要有 :新兴产业与较旧的管理秩序的矛盾 ;旅游投资需求量很大与旅游投资资金来源短缺的矛盾 ;外资引进与旅游外汇流失的矛盾 ;低素质人员过剩与高素质人才不足的矛盾 ;社会上旅游专业人才“过剩”与行业内旅游专业人才短缺的矛盾 ;旅游住宿饮食设施设备宽松与旅游交通设施设备短缺的矛盾 ;重旅游产品开发与轻旅游资源保护的矛盾 .
Contradictions in Hunan tourism development mainly include the following aspects: the rising tourism industy and the out?of?date management; the great investment demand and the pour source foreign investment attraction and loss of foreign currency from tourism; insufficient capable talents and excessive disqualified staff, over?supplied tourism accomodation and boarding facilities and shortage of tourism transportation facilities; emphasis of importance on tourism product development and neglect of attention on tourism resources pretection.
