城市商业银行全要素生产率实证研究

Empirical Study of Total Factor Productivity in Urban Commercial Banks

基于DEA和Malmquist指数法,对2006～2012年5家城市商业银行的全要素生产率的实证分析表明,影响城市商业银行全要素生产率的投入,是科技创新、人力资本投资、风险管理、公司治理及技术进步。

It is indicated in the empirical analysis of total factor productivity of five urban commercial banks from 2006to2012by use of Data Envelopment Analysis and Malmquist Index Approach that the investment to total factor productivity influential to urban commercial banks is scientific innovation,human capital investment,risk management,corporation governance and technological improvement.
