摘要
在现代股权结构制度中,家族企业的信任机制呈现出家族信任与社会信任的冲突,亲缘控制权与职业经理人控制权的矛盾。基于信任视角完善家族企业控制权配置,应完善家族企业股权结构,引入家族企业文化,完善职业经理人的市场,建立有效的激励与互信制度,建立社会信任文化氛围。
In the system of modern equity ownership structure the trust mechanism of family enterprises is presented in the conflict between family trust and social trust as well as in the contradiction between genetic control power and professional manager control power.It is concluded that the allocation of control power in family enterprises from the perspective of trust should be made in the improvement on the optimization of their equity ownership structure,the introduction of their culture,the perfection of professional manager market,the establishment of effective system full of incentive and mutual trust,and the building of cultural atmosphere for social trust.
