摘要
人文素质在大学生的求知成长过程中有着非常重要的引领作用。培养工科大学的人文素质,学校层面应以"文"化"工"做到环境育人,政策励人;教师层面应以"术"传"道",做到知识慧人,言行育人;学生层面应以"心"求"实",做到理想铸人,德技兼备。
Humanistic quality plays an important role in leading university students' curiosity for learning.In the course of fostering humanistic quality,firstly,universities should promote engineering with liberal arts so that they can educate students with the environment and motivate students with policies.Secondly,teachers should improve teaching with methods so that they can enlighten students with knowledge and influence students with words and deeds.Thirdly,students should seek truth by heart so that they can cultivate themselves with ideals and equip themselves with moral integrity and practical skills.
