血必净注射液治疗重症肺炎的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的 观察血必净注射液的抗炎作用及治疗重症肺炎疗效.方法 收集本院2012年1月至2013年10月符合重症肺炎诊断的病例84例,治疗组44例,观察组40例.所有病例均常规使用抗生素治疗,治疗组静滴血必净7~14 d.观察2组治疗前后外周血降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及住院期间病死率.结果 研究发现血必净治疗组的病死率为9.01%,而对照组病死率为32.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).同时,血必净治疗组机械通气时间及抗生素使用时间缩短,APACHEⅡ评分在使用血必净治疗后也有明显改善.实验室检查发现血必净治疗组血浆降钙素原(PCT)及C反应蛋白(CRP)的下降值较对照组的下降值更为显著.结论 血必净注射液对炎症因子具有拮抗作用,血必净注射液合并基础治疗可以明显降低重症肺炎的病死率,减少机械通气时间和抗生素使用时间. Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory action and the effects of Xuebijing in severe pneumonia. Methods A total of 84 patients with severe pneumonia from January 2012 to October 2013 were enrolled, 44 cases patients were enrolled as study group, 40 cases patients were enrolled as control. In treatment group,Xuebijing was infused for 7-14 days. Standard clinical treatment with antibiotics was applied in all patients. Before and after therapy,the changes of PCT and CRP for all patients were observed. Mortality and morbidity was followed during hospitalization. Results Mortality analysis showed reduced mortality in Xuebijing group compared to control group (18.94% VS 34.15%, P〈0.01). Treatment with Xuebijing was also associated with reduced ventilation days and antibiotic use days. The levels of PCT and CRP in the therapy group were improved significantly after therapy, but the level in the control group were no significant. Conclusion Xuebijing injection possesses antagonistic action on inflammatory factor in severe pneumonia. Adjunct therapy with Xuebijing significantly reduces mortality and morbidity in severe pneumonia patients.
