摘要 为了增强大排量高压往复柱塞泵运行的可靠性,提高控制精度,实现现场无人值守功能。结合某注水站实际,设计了基于kingview6.55组态软件和可编程控制器(PLC)分布式监控系统,该系统能实现恒压供水以及若干参数的实时检测。现场试验证明该系统具有实现自动控制、故障报警等多方面功能,图形化的人机界面显示了设备运行状态,操作简单、具有很高的实用价值。 In order to enhance the reliability of large displacement high-pressure reciprocating pump's running and improve the precisionof control and realize the unattended function, this paper, combined with a practical water injection station, designed based configuration software (Kingview6.55) and programmable logic controller (PLC) distributed control system. This system can realize the constant pressure water supply and real-time detection of some parameters. Field tests proved that this system contain many functions, including automatic control, fault alarm and so on. The graphical interface displayed the running state of the equipment, simple operation, with very high practical value.
