Study on the Process of Product Conceptual Design

产品的概念设计直接影响产品的质量、成本和性能,是产品设计的核心阶段。文章结合科学效应叙述了产品概念设计的一般过程,通过科学效应给出产品总功能的实现途径,在此基础上对产品总功能进行分解并且列出功能分解图和功能结构图,再利用科学效应求出产品功能结构图中功能元的解。之后列出形态学矩阵并从中组合出多种可行性方案,经过对可行性方案的评价验证选出最佳的方案。最后通过实例验证了过程的有效性。

Conceptual design of products directly affects the quality, cost and performance, which is the core stage of product design. Combining scientific effect, this paper describes the general process of product conceptual design, and using scientific effects finds out the realization of how to design the products. Bzsed on that subject, this paper deposits the total production functions and lists the functional decomposition diagrams and function structure diagram, and then finds a solution to the function element in the product function structure diagram using scientific effect. After that this paper also lists a morphological matrix, through which combines a variety of feasible solution. The best scheme was selected through evaluation of feasible program. Finally, the effectiveness of the process is verified by practice.
