摘要 对美国多蕾纳电站的金属蜗壳设计中,保证蜗壳三维模型具有较高的光滑性是一个非常必要的环节。因此,本文在蜗壳三维模型建立完成之后,对构建的模型,进行了流场数值仿真。根据仿真的流态情况,验证了模型设计的合理性,为后续模型的展开、下料,生产奠定了理论依据。 During the design of American Duo Leina metal volute design power plants, that ensuring the three-dimensional model has high spiral smoothness is a very essential part. Therefore, after completing the construction of three-dimensional model volute, this paper conducted a flow field numerical simulation. The case simulation verifies the rationality of the model design, and lays a theatrical basis for the launch of follow-up models, cutting and production.
