摘要
本文阐述锌基合金ZA13的铸造管和液态挤压管工艺,使用显微镜给出两种管件金相显微组织图片,应用M200磨损机分别检测两种管件磨损量,从显微组织和磨损数据分析两种工艺导致金相组织和耐磨性差异的原因,提出液体挤压管比铸造管具有更好耐磨性的结论。
This paper elaborates on casting technology and liquid extrusion technology of ZA13 (ZnAL13-2) tubes, analyses the tube mierostructure and carries out the wearing tests. It is identified that the wearability of liquid extrusion tubes is more than that of casting tubes based on the comparison of the casting tube and liquid extrusion tube of ZA13.
