摘要 通过对整车电子电气系统总装阶段工业化的特点的分析,确定了大量总装电子电气订单生产信息对于总装现场生产活动的必要性。设计建立了适应现场需求的汽车总装电子电气订单生产信息系统,并包含条码式车辆识别和在线实时无线数据导入两个子系统。本系统的建立实施不但满足了总装电子电气工艺领域的单件订单化生产的要求,大大提高了生产效率和生产一次合格率水平,而且保证了企业产品的高质量、多样化且可追溯,大大提高了其市场竞争力。 Through analyzing the characteristics of industrialized process for automotive E/E systems in the process of automobile final assembly, this paper determines the significance and necessity of large amounts of E/E order-oriented production information to automobile final assembly spot. It designed and established E/E order-oriented production information system to adapt to the requirements of industrial scene. It contains two subsystems, vehicle identification barcode system and online data wireless import system. The system meets greatly the individual need of order-oriented production in manufacturing final assembly E/E process domain. Then the productivity and the qualified rate of product are greatly improved. On the other hand, it guaranteed high quality, diversity and traceability of products. Finally, the ability of market competition is increased.
