摘要
目的发明了酸性清洗复合灭菌消毒剂,用于医院对各类毛刷、玻璃试管、塑料试管架、搪瓷尿壶、陶瓷座便器等物品及传染病房器具的消毒。也可小包装用于家庭消毒牙刷及家有传染病人的物品,用后再清洗厕所便池。方法用带有盖子的塑料箱作为容器,将需要消毒的物品置于盐酸中浸泡,加入高锰酸钾,加入硫代硫酸钠静置。消毒液由浓度0.6 mol/L盐酸、高锰酸钾和硫代硫酸钠组成,优选的摩尔比为1:0.0315:0.064。结果该酸性清洗复合灭菌消毒剂集消毒、灭菌、漂白的功效于一体,清洗毛刷缝隙污垢效果好,且具备几重复合杀菌效果,使灭菌范围增加,杀灭病原体是单独消毒剂所不具备的。用后的消毒液还用于清洗医院公共便池,既能消毒,又能清洗干净尿垢等,可用做高效灭菌清厕剂。结论具有广谱、高效灭菌的酸性清洗复合灭菌消毒剂,可杀灭细菌、病毒、立克次氏体、衣原体、支原体、螺旋体、放线菌以及真菌、霉菌、寄生虫等。可根据用户的需要盐酸、高锰酸钾和硫代硫酸钠的量设计为三元包装的成品,该消毒剂价廉达到了经济环保。
