25所民营医院压力蒸汽灭菌器管理现况调查

Survey on the Manangement Status of the Pressure Steam Sterilizer in the Existing Private Medical Institutions in 25 Institutions

目的为了解我省现有民营医疗机构消毒供应室压力蒸汽灭菌器管理现状,为今后有针对性的加强民营医疗机构管理提供依据。方法压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效果采用3M综合挑战测试包进行验证,温度采用温度测定仪进行。结果民营医院的常规监测不到位,温度测定结果与生物监测结果通过率存在显著性差异。结论加强人员知识更新,强化医院感染管理意识,加强压力蒸汽灭菌器的监管力度。
