片层状AlB_2的制备及其对高氯酸铵热分解性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用固相反应法制备出片层状AlB2,运用XRD,SEM,TEM,HRTEM及EDS对其形貌、结构和化学成分进行表征;利用热分析法研究片层状AlB2对高氯酸铵(AP)热分解过程的影响。结果表明:制备的AlB2呈层层叠加形貌,单个片层的表面光滑且厚度为纳米级。与AP相比,加入10%AlB2可促使AP的高温分解温度降低11.1℃,表观分解热由0.582 kJ/g增加到0.837 kJ/g。随着片层状AlB2加入量的增加,其促进效果逐渐增强。 Layered AlB2was synthesized by solid state reaction,and its morphology,structure,chemical composition were characterized through XRD,SEM,TEM,HRTEM and EDS. The thermal decomposition behavior of ammonium perchlorate( AP) in the presence of layered AlB2was investigated by thermal analysis. Results show that the prepared AlB2display layer-by-layer stacking morphology,the surface of an individual layer is quite smooth and its thickness is at nanoscale. Compared with pure AP,the exothermic peak of high temperature decomposition of AP decreases at 11. 1 ℃ and the apparent heat release increases from 0. 582 kJ /g to 0. 83 7 kJ /g when 10% AlB2is added. Besides,with the increase of AlB2content,its thermal decomposition efficiency is enhanced gradually.
