D-CIK治疗降低外周血EMT相关分子表达的初步研究

D-CIK therapy to reduce the expression of Twist and Vimentin mRNA in circulating colorectal cancer cells

目的 探讨D-CIK治疗结肠癌后,患者外周血中EMT相关分子的变化情况及意义.方法 本研究纳入34例明确诊断为结肠癌患者,接受D-CIK细胞回输治疗,观察检测治疗前后患者外周血中EMT相关分子变化情况及治疗过程中相关不良反应.结果 患者接受D-CIK治疗后,循环血中EMT相关分子出现了明显的变化,和治疗前对比,Twist和Vimentin的表达水平明显下降（P＜0.05）.治疗过程中未见严重的不良反应.结论 D-CIK治疗安全可靠,可以减少患者外周血中EMT相关分子的表达.

Objective To investigate the significance of change of EMT-associated proteins in colon cancer patients treated with D-CIK.Methods The study included 34 cases of advanced colon cancer undergoing D-CIK treatment.The EMT-associated molecules in peripheral blood were detected before and after treatment.Treatment-related adverse reactions were also observed during treatment progress.Result D-CIK treatment reduced the expression of Twist and Vimentin in peripheral blood of colon cancer patients,and no significant adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion D-CIK treatment can reduce the expression of Twist and Vimentin mRNA in circulating colorectal cancer cells.
