全胸腔镜下二尖瓣手术的临床疗效及安全性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨全胸腔镜下实施二尖瓣手术的临床疗效及安全性.方法 随机选取2013年1月至2013年12年的全胸腔镜下二尖瓣手术患者80例为观察组,常规经典开胸行二尖瓣手术80例为对照组,比较两组患者的手术时间、体外循环时间、术中出血量、呼吸机辅助时间、平均监护时间、胸腔引流量、住院时间及术后并发症等.结果 两组患者手术时间和体外循环时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术中出血量、呼吸机辅助时间、平均监护时间、胸腔引流量、术后并发症及住院时间等比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 全胸腔镜下实施二尖瓣手术具有疗效好、创伤小、术后易恢复、安全可靠等优点. Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of mitral valve operation under total thoracoscope.Methods 80 patients undergoing mitral valve operation under total thoracoscope from January to December 2013 were randomly selected as an observation group,while other 80 patients undergoing routine classical mitral valve replacement at the same period were selected as a control group.The operation times,the intraoperative bleeding volumes,the mechanical ventilation times,the mean monitoring times,the amount of thoracic cavity drainages,the hospitalization times,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistical differences in operation time and mechanical ventilation time (P〉0.05) but were statistical differences in intraoperative bleeding volume,mean monitoring time,the amount of thoracic cavity drainage,postoperative complications,and hospitalization time (P 〈 0.05) between the two groups.Conclusions Mitral valve operation under total thoracoscope have the virtues of good efficacy,less trauma,fast postoperative recovery,considerable safety and reliability,etc..
