摘要 新型高速铁路客站雨棚大多采用直立锁边压型金属板屋面,由于直立锁边金属屋面的计算和试验方法尚不成熟,近年出现多起金属屋面被风吹落的现象。为了高速铁路运营安全,保证金属屋面质量,提高抗风揭能力,必须要强化施工图设计,把好原材料进场关,加强过程控制,规范验收工作,同时要加强风揭试验的验证。西安北站雨棚屋面的风揭试验表明,屋面抗风揭能力最薄弱的地方在支座和屋面板的咬口锁边处,通过在支座和屋面板的咬扣锁边位置增加抗风夹具,对薄弱处进行加强设计能够显著提高屋面的抗风揭能力,为提高直立锁边屋面抗风揭能力指出了方向,同时也表明抗风揭试验在金属屋面设计过程中的紧迫性和必要性。 The standing seam pressed metal roof is used mostly for canopy of new high-speed railway station.Because the calculation and test method of standing seam metal roof is not mature,many situations metal roof blows off occur in re-cent years.In order to ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway and metal roof quality,improve the wind-resist-ance capacity,it is necessary to strengthen the construction drawing design,use good raw material,strengthen the process control,normalize acceptance work and strengthen verification of wind blowing-off test.The wind blowing-off test result of canopy roof of Xi'an North Railway Station shows the seaming lockrand place between support and roof plate is the weakest places against wind.It can remarkably improve the roof wind-resistance capacity to install wind-resistance clamp at the seaming lockrand place between support and roof plate,which points out the direction for improvement of wind-resistance ability of standing seam roof.At the same time also shows wind blowing-off test is urgent and necessary in the design of metal roof.
