白细胞介素18基因启动子区-607C/A多态性与缺血性卒中的相关性 被引量：1

摘要 目的：探讨白细胞介素18（interleukin-18，IL-18）基因多态性与缺血性卒中之间的关联。方法利用病例-对照的研究方法，检测IL-18基因多态性位点-607C/A、-137G/C在病例组、对照组中的频率分布。结果病例组-607C/A位点的A等位基因型频率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。经条件Logistic回归校正后，病例组IL-18-607C/A位点A等位基因型频率仍明显高于对照组（ OR＝1.913，95％CI＝1.621~2.375，P＝0.034）。结论 IL-18基因-607C/A位点的A等位基因型可能与河北汉族人群缺血性卒中之间具有一定的联系。
