论述防汛机动抢险队设立的必要性和设置特征 ,分析优选机动抢险队的设备型号、品种 ,以具体事例阐述机动抢险队建立后所发挥的作用 ,提出今后只有加强领导和管理 。
The necessity and features of establishing flood_proofing flexible flood_fighting teams are discussed here, how to select the facility type of flood_fighting team is also analyzed.
