阿胶中复合氨基酸最佳提取工艺的研究

本试验以阿胶为主要原材料,对阿胶中复合氨基酸的硫酸水解法提取工艺进行研究,通过正交试验确定出最佳水解条件。结果表明,最佳水解条件是:硫酸用量为25毫升,硫酸浓度为1.5摩尔/升,硫酸水解时间为4小时,硫酸提取温度为70℃。该工艺获得的复合氨基酸得率为13.26%,且稳定可靠。
